The FXB12S2 is a dual 12-inch passive subwoofer enclosure with a power handling of 800 Watts RMS with a 1000 Watt Peak. Each woofer has a 4-ohm impedance. The frequency response is 40Hz - 500Hz and has a sensitivity of 92dB @ 1w/1m SPL. The dimensions of the box are 35-inch (W) x 15-inch (H) x 7.5-inch (D). Product comes with a two (2) year warranty.

 Big Sound in a Small Package!, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Cadence Acoustics FXB12S2 1000-Watt Peak 4-Ohm Super Slim Passive Subwoofer Enclosure (Electronics) I am running a 400 watt bridged hifonics amp(that I highly recommend) and this does the job quite nicely in my regular cab 2000 silverado 1500. My only complaint is that it gets a little muddled when you push them. Mine are plenty broken in and sound like a much bigger enclosure. I'm not sure I believe the 800 watt RMS rating, but they serve my purpose well. I only have to move my seats up a little, but my center console no longer folds up, which is a problem I didn't foresee. You have been justly warned. I am thinking of moving these subs to a longer/thinner enclosure of similar volume to fix it though. I took a chance as the other reviewer did and I beleive it was a success. I'd never heard of this company before and thought for this price and the box is exactly what i want I'll take a chance. The boxes alone sometimes are this price!!! I'm very happy I did take a chance and these are high quaility stuff. I love the look (the are even better in person). I do like the look and functionality of the basket/grills, only thing is i wish they were just a little more sturdy. I love that they hook up with the turn metal clips in the back of the speak as well, not the cheap plastic clips on the sides. |
